I need help. I made my first cake with choc. ganache, do I need to refrig. overnight. My DH is taking it to work tomorrow morning. The recipe did not mention refrig. Can someone with experience help. Thanks so much!!!

I never refrigerate my ganache. It should be fine if you leave it out overnight. Hope this helps!
