Storing The Whipped Cream Cheese Frosting

How long can I keep the whipped cream cheese frosting in the fridge? Will I have to rebeat it when I am ready to use it? I am going to use it for the filling only. I guess I have the same question for the crusting cream cheese buttercream recipie? Thank you all very much!

The frosting and filling should be re-whipped before you use them. They will form a slight crust on the surface. Be sure to protect them from odors in the fridge-it will sponge up any odors.

As for keeping, certainly a few days, as long as all the ingredients were fresh.
