Question!!!!!! Cross Cake Servings?

hi...i am making the cross cake..the customer would like to cake feed 25 people will the cross feed that many or is it less....if not what else should i do.....I was also thinkg about maybe doubling the cake....

You could also put the cross cake on a sheet cake to get the servings you need.

wouldnt i have alot of cake left over...i was thinking about just doubling the cake...i only need 25 serving...

I have never made a cross cake but I do have the pan for it. I think it would easily serve 25 by itself. I need to make one of those one of these days.

If you don't want to put it on a sheet cake, I would make two layers, it is only a 1 mix cake pan. Imagine how big a 1 mix cake is in a 9 x 13 pan - it would barely feed 20 (at least the way I cut pieces). If you do two layers you will need to trim off the top, as it is beveled pan.
