Hey all, I'm new to this place, so I thought I'd introduce myself...

My name is Kristy
I'm 25 years old
I'm a student at the Culinary Institute of America, in the baking & pastry program
I am originally from upstate NY
I just finished a 5 month internship in Boca Raton, FL at Cielo, Gordon Ramsay's newest restaurant

I LOVE BAKING AND PASTRY!!!!

I'm really excited to have found this site and can't wait to be involved!
