I am starting to make fondant myself and have a cake tomorrow with red, so I added liquid red color during the making process...turned out a wonderful color, but now that Im trying to roll it out it is SO sticky! Ive added a ton of powdered sugar but its not helping. It had the consistancy of play doh! Any ideas on if this can be saved or do I need to start over? Thanks for any advice!

you can sift on more powdered sugar and some cornstarch. the added color makes the fondant sticky. It is not lost, but it will take more dry stuff to compensate.

Corn starch should help.

or just mush it out real large and allow to air dry for a bit until less sticky...then knead it some more to get consistency you need.
