Please share with me your ideas for icing this bundt pan. I would think buttercream would be quite challenging going around all those corners and angles. Do you think I should just pour and thinned powdered sugar over it and call it a day?

What about using a quick pour fondant? There is a recipe on this site. I just searched for it using the the name quick pour fondant and it came up. I have never tried it, but it may work. You could also consider using candy melts.

How about using star tips and maybe a leaf tip for the trees? That way you can color this different structures of the castle the color you want. Really neat pan!

Love that pan. I would have to say I like the thinned pwd sugar icing then you wouldnt loose any of those neat details. Maybe you could add some shimmer dust to highlight different areas??

A thinned powedered sugar icing or a flavored glaze is what you should use on these bundt pans. I can't imagine trying to ice them. OY!!!

I like the idea of a thin glaze to coat the cake, then adding a thin piping around the main building.
