...and now I'm freaking out. I know I'm not going to hear anything until tomorrow. The suspense is KILLING ME!

Anyone else waiting for anything? I can't be the only one in suspense around here!

It's a small bakery. I'm going to use it for cakes as well as pastries and the stuff they already do.

I need to go to bed so I can wake up and hopefully hear from this guy! Ahh!

Nothing yet. This is killing me! I hope he at least calls soon so we can negotiate. He's a funny guy...I guess I'd call him a character, apparently people who know him have told me that they suspect he'll make me wait a bit just for a power trip. Grrrr.

I have not gotten up enough guts to buy the old bakery that closed about 3 months ago right up the street from my house. Literally I could walk there.

Well...he countered this morning. He came down a lot. With some of the restricitions he wants he needs to come down a little more, and I need to go up a little more. I'm going to wait until tomorrow am to call him back and we'll see!
