Ok, so I wanted to try out some of the great recipes I've discovered here at CC and I was plugging away at the Toba Garrett fondant recipe when I noticed I had some PS sticking to the side of my bowl. I stuck my wood spoon into the bowl and it got knocked by the dough hook. Needless to say there was a slight explosion. Take a look. I guess this is my induction into the CC family...

LOL! Moments like that, you just can't help but laugh at yourself. Kinda like slamming pans to get the air bubbles out of the batter and getting splashed up the face and into the nose, hair and onto the ceiling with the batter.

You just shake your head like you shoulda known better.
