Im making my first ever cake this weekend (A test cake for a baby shower on Sept 2nd-- I gotta practice!)
I want to try the Viva Method, so need a crusting BC, and I live in Arizona... so preferably something that stands up ok in a dry heat.... though it should be air conditioned the whole time....
So hit me with the recipes!!!!!

The crusting buttercream in the recipe file is about the only one that can be done easily with the VIVA method.
It may be in the instructions for the viva method which are in the articles section.
If you search the recipe requests forum, you will find many earlier threads about "favorite buttercream" recipes
