Hi fellow TX bakers,

I know this is a big favor to ask but I was wondering which different licenses I would need to open a shop and where would I go to inquire about them. I know I don't sound too knowledgable about this and it might be way over my head (You're right..........I am) but my SIL is the one who is opening it for me. I'm still trying to put a business plan (I'm taking my sweet time) together but she's insisting on finding out about the licenses.

If you can help me out on this one I can send her out to see what she can get done. I'd really appreciate it.

Thanks,
Cyndi
