I know I can make it, but I need a ton of it, and I just do not wanna make that much...anyone know where to buy it in bulk???

my local cake deco store told me that when duff refers to modeling choc, he's actually using choco pan dark choc fondant. i haven't tried it, but its easy to come by and i think would be worth a shot!

That is not true he actually uses Satin Ice fondant and white modeling chocolate made by Carma.
