I have my first actual cake order
I'm only in Course 2 but I'm going for it. They want a cake shaped like a large dog bone.
I figure that my 2 options are:
1] use 2 heart pans for the sides and cut off the points, then use part of an 8 x 8 square for the center
2] bake an 11 x 15 cake and carve out the shape ![]()
I think the first plan is best, what do you guys think?
