Help- What Would You Suggest For Wedding For 80?

Never done a wedding cake before-- just wondering what sizes you would do for 80 people? She would like the top cake (to save) and then two cakes for guests to eat. They will be on floating cake stand (that she is providing)-- THanks!!!
