I need to make a cake tonight for tomorrow morning. I was going to use a whipped frosting but do not have the space in my fridge to store it. If I use a BC can I leave it unrefridgerated over night??? Any other suggestions???

Yes, I leave BC cakes out all the time and it's fine as long as there is not a perishable filling.

i do about 3 to 5 sheet cakes a week, so some do sit out over night with no problem, just as long as there are no fillings.
