Hi everyone.
I am looking to put white chocolate in a seashell mold but how do you get the brown chocolate swirls? Do you just swirl in with a toothpick or something? Also, if I want pink or blue swirls do I use icing color or candy melts?
Thanks for your help

I add color prior to pouring into molds.just swirl it 1st. As the same as candy melts.

Good luck icon_smile.gif

I made a cake decorated with chocolate swirled seashells. The directions stated to swirl the chocolate in the chocolate bowl, then just spoon into your molds. It worked perfectly. Just take care to not swirl the colors so much that they blend.

I used colored candy melts. Melted them separately, then swirled them together.

When I made my chocolate shells for my DD's Finding Nemo cake, I melted white, chocolate and pink candy melts separately. I then put a little bit of each color into each mold and swirled the colors together with a toothpick.
