I made my first creamer cake today! I used DH lemon, a small box of lemon pudding, 1 cup water, 1/3 c. coconut creamer, 2/3 c. oil (doubled what mix called for), 4 eggs and 1 teaspoon of almond flavoring. No sinking and it tasted great. Popped it in the freezer for icing tomorrow! Now, I just have to get on making the icing!
