I Need Serious Help Please!!!!!!!!

Ok, I ordered the whole entire Sugarveil system, the accessory pack, the comb, the DVD as well as an extra bag of icing. I recieved it about a month ago...I just removed it from the box and stored it away (it comes in it's own little plastic tupperware holder) so, I took it out today to play with it...and I have everything BUT the actual dispenser!!! I have everything but he 210.00 dollar most important piece!! I have my reciept and all, but what should I do? I mean...if I call them and tell them that I recieved everything BUT the most expessive part ...are they going to believe me? Would you? I don't know what to do!

UUUMMMM call them and tell them you don't have it. Tell them you got it as a gift or something didn't open it until now and have the receipt and have just opened it and are missing the piece, simple.... just tell them you don't have it....
