I am trying to attache dragees to buttercream that I have used the diamond impression mat on. How do you grab these darned little things to put onto the cake? I cannot figure it out. Help please.

I used tweezers - I thought it would take forever, but it wasn't too bad. I first dotted where I wanted the dragees to be with a dot of buttercream (you could also use royal icing).

I have a pair of curved jewelers tweezers that I really like.

I like to use the angled tweezers to do this so I can see the spot where they are going: http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/product.aspx?T=1&productId=628171
