How would you charge for cookies made from natural ingredients? They want a dozen PB and 1 dozen choco chip.......they are soft and made all natural.........

I would first add up your costs. Don't forget also your boxes or bags ets...Then figure how many cookies you can make. Then divide your amount of cookies by your cost. That will tell you how much it cost you to make one cookie, then at least multiply that by a mimimum of 3. You can give them a small break for ordering a dozen or give them a bakers dozen.(l3)

Depending on the size of the "gourmet cookie"...I would charge a $1 each. If you want to give them a discount for buying a dozen and then for every dozen on top of that.
