Hi, everyone
I made it through my first (and possibly last) wedding cake. I just wanted to thank everyone who helped with all my questions (I had a lot). At the last minute when I was freaking out because the icing wasn't smooth enough some very nice people "talked me off the ledge". It's not perfect, but I'm really proud of it and I wanted to share with all my friend on Cake Central. Aloha & Mahalo.

Your cake came out too good for you not to do it again. 
I haven't done one yet, but I'm sure the first is the hardest.
You posted about this cake a while back, right? You had to attend the wedding, too?

I agree with everyone else- it would be a shame if you didn't do any more wedding cakes- it's beautiful!! And it will get easier too, the first time for everything is always the hardest.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. I love to make cakes and I will definetly keep doing that, I'm just not sure wedding cakes are for me. I didn't have much fun, I was too stressed. Maybe if I ever have a "real" business I will think about it, but right now I just do this for fun. Thanks again everyone. It took a lot of hard work to do this cake and I knew you'd all understand the time, energy, and lack of sleep that went into it.
