Can I put a cake with fondant booties on top in the fridge or will they ruin?? The mother wants fillings that require refridgeration and I just want to make sure.
Thanks---Cyndi

oof, the problem would be the humidity in the fridge is so high. Can you put the booties on at the last minute instead?

I'm not a fan of refrigerating fondant cakes so I would place the booties when the cake comes out of the fridge.

Okay.......that's what wanted to know. So I'll just give them to her separately and tell her to put them on right before she displays it. Thanks so much.
