Hello..I live in south florida and I am looking for a recipe fot the spanish rum cakes we get down here with the syrup ..unfortunately I do not speak spanish so if anyone can help me I would appreciate it if you could post in english or send me a private message ...Many Thanks

Hi, the type of cake you are looking for ia a spongy cake moisted with water and licour, covered with a patry cream.? if not may be you can explain how it looks, maybe I have the recipe. Regards Grace
