Here I am baking for my last class of Wilton 3 (The 2 tier cake).

It's the first time I try it with chocolate cake mix. I never realized i would need 4 cake mix! WOW!

One I did with the pudding mix (chocolate), one I decided to try it with white chocolate pudding mix and the other 2 with none but decided to mix batter with the ones that had some!

BTW. The pudding mix makes all the difference. (Thank you for the suggestion).

My first 10" baked for 50minutes because the center wouldn't fully cook...
but now, the cake cracked in the middle! NOT all the way but a good 75% of it.

Hopefully the rest will come out nice. If not...I guess I'll start looking for another hobby! LOL usaribbon.gif

Is it the cake mix with the pudding in it or are you adding pudding to the mix?

I generally use a rose nail for a heating core in cakes 10" or bigger. better safe, with the center done, than sorry.
