Maybe put baby blocks, or toys on the white part of the cake to fill the space. I think your cake looks good. HTH

i dont know how comfortable you are with writing, but some text such as "Welcome Baby __________" or such would look lovely.

How about adding some simple multicolored dots and Welcome Baby.
I wouldn't add too much.

Blocks, a rattle or some drop flowers might look nice.

honestly, i think once you add the words it will look complete. anything else, in my humble opinion, would be dangerously close to looking busy.

I think Congratulations would be fine. If anything find out from your customer if they would like something written because I know some people are very particular about that.

I often fill in the white spaces on baby shower cakes by piping tiny (1" or so) white diaper pins. Sometimes I pipe a bow on them...sometime not. I find they fill in nicely without taking away from the main theme. They often instigate a conversation about the "good ol' days" before disposable waste management materials. icon_smile.gif

It lokks good to me, if you want you could use a star tip with to colors and make squares to simulate a baby blanket.

Goos luck!
