This cake took me 8 hours to make and on my way to deliver it a car pulled out in front of me and i had to slam on brakes. the top two layers slid forward and cracked the icing( I was feeling some road rage at this point) I thought it was a total loss but I took a deep breath said a little prayer and leaned the entire cake to one side and shook the two layers back in place and did some touch up and it actually recovered. click on the link to the cake and tell me what you think.
