How do you store MMF. I made my first batch of mmf today. I like the taste of it. I wrapped it in saran wrap and then put it in a storage bag. Do you refrigerate it or leave it out?

You can leave it out, but double or triple wrap it to be sure it doesn't dry out. If you get dry crusty spots, they will not break down when you knead the fondant to use it on the cake.

Seal it well with press'n seal and you can leave it on the counter. If you make an airtight seal very close to the fondant with the press'n seal, you won't get any crusty spots. When you are ready to use it, simply pop it in the microwave for a few seconds, kneed it with crisco-ed hands, and your're good to go.

Sounds like you made it correctly. It should NOT be sticky, but it also should be soft enough to roll and knead without cracking.
