I have a great decorating idea but I don't know if the faculties exist.
My son would like the new Buffalo Sabres logo on his school cupcakes. I can draw this logo no problem but piping and decorating each one is time consuming. Do the make edible wafer paper (that's just my term)? I was thinking that I could take the time to use decorator pens on the "edible wafer paper", cut them and put them on the cupcakes. Am I crazy???

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cindy

Yes, you could use wafer paper to make the logo for each cupcake or you could do a cupcake cake and put make large logo for the center of the cupcake cake.

Here are instructions for a cupcake cake:

First, I saw that you're new to Cake Central and I forgot to say Welcome to CC!

I found wafer paper at a local cake supply store. If you can't find any in your area, another option which is quite fun and easy is a frozen buttercream transfer. Here are instructions:

Another option if you wanted is to use your decorating pens to draw on a white circle of fondant, and then put that on top of the cupcakes, as the frosting.
