Hey everyone!

Might be a really dumb question, but I am making a cake with a lemon cream cheese filling. It has whipping cream and milk in it - how long can the cake stay out before anything bad happens?

Although the icings may be preserved with the high amount of sugars...and nothing would probably happen if left out longer... the typical sanitation is 4hours, start to finish...including any counter time and prep time. Blessings, Shawn <><
