Middle daughter is graduating from college in December with a degree in Hotel/Restaurant management. She just got hired into the management training program of a local, privately-owned, highly-regarded, Deli chain. Woo hoo! They are working around her fall class schedule in order to tailor-fit her management program ... scheduling it so that the minute she graduates, they will give her her own store to manage! Yippee!!! A very nice salary while training, and full bennies after 30 days.
Not counting my chickens before they hatch, BUT ... I might just be able to work a deal with her to use her future certified kitchen to bake my cakes!
Or ... maybe she'll hire me to create their desserts
