Is there a difference between an airbrush from Michael's or one that is specifically made for cake decorating (IE--KopyKake)?

I know, I should have asked this question at ICES in the sirbrush demo but I forgot to take that particular demo.

I read something that said the power of the sprayer and the control mechanisms vary. With cakes, you want to be able to mist fine color, not jet it into the surface.

But, I also read where a pro decorator who used lots air brushing used one of the cheap ones. His only complaint was running out of compressed air. The cheap ones don't come with an electric compressor.
