How do I go about tinting my BC or Fondant to a slightly off white color
like antique, or ivory color.

For BC, this can be achieved by using butter and real vanilla extract, but the best way would be to buy Ivory color. You can do a search in the forums section and get a lot of info there. Here's a few:
