Ok, this is a basic question. I've made a million cookies (it feels like) and I'm not even sure if I'm using the right attachment. Which one should it be? Thanks!!

I always use the paddle.

Same here, Paddle. I use it for everything, including mmf. I almost never use the hook and only use the whisk for egg whites and whipping cream

I use to use the whisk for some reason, then I realized what the paddle was for & now I don't waste any dough. What was I thinking. icon_redface.gif

I love the paddle, yet my partner loves the hook. Whatever you prefer.
