Does anyone know whether chocolate plastique holds up well in warm & humid temperatures? I saw it in the book Spectacular Cakes by Mich Turner. Is it easy to use?

Thanks!

One it has been made, aged, and re-shaped, I found it holds up pretty well. I made roses from it, and they did not wilt in the heat.
