If you are asking about the cake, you can if you want. Without a perishable filling, it will be fine out, depending on the heat. kept cool, no problems.

ok- thought for sure that the sour cream would make it that I had to- just wasn't sure...will pull it out of the fridge in the morning...thanks!

I don't. I even had one that I made at my mom's house, and they were all still eating it a week later.
