I use an Agbay leveler. Works like a dream everytime.

OK, what exactly is an Agbay leveler?

Here's the link. It's expensive, but worth every penny.

The Agbay is amazing but pretty expensive. I use the larger Wilton leveler, and I"ve never had a problem. Some people say that it can bend, but I've never had this problem. I also have the smaller leveler, but I definitely can't recommend this one as it is hard to manage and doesn't always cut evenly. The larger leveler is less than $20.

Then, there's always the by hand method! THat just takes A LOT of practice!.
