im making imbc with WBH recipe. it calls for 1 cup egg whites, (about 12 large eggs). but when i measured out 12 large egg whites, it came to 2 cups. should i put in 1 cup, or all 12 egg whites?
thanks, thats what i went with, and it seems to be doing great. i love imbc, but i hate that its on a timed schedule, LOL. i've only ever made half batches, and i just used 6 egg whites. this is the first time i've made a full batch and i measured the whites out. i also am using farm fresh eggs this time, instead of the "grocery store" eggs, so that prolly made a big difference!
