I have seen on the ocean themed cakes (white) chocolate coral. Does anyone have instructions on how this can be made? Thanks!

Not sure. I have noticed a lot of the coral in the gallery is made with royal icing.

Maybe you could PM the people that have done the cakes you've seen. Are they in the gallery? Also, couldn't you just pipe the melted white chocolate on some wax paper and then when hardened peel and place. I did this with a picket fence once. Worked great! Just don't hold them for very long or use tweezers. Mine started to melt from the heat of my fingertips.

You can use royal icing or csndy melts. Just pipe them in the forms you want.

I watched a gal make it once. She poured the melted chocolate into a bucket of ice, it hardened as it fell thru the ice....she let it set for a little bit, then pulled it out...knocked off the ice...and there it was, white chocolate coral....she painted it with luster dusts...it was awesome. I've always wanted to try it since I watched her do it.
