a mustard color. i guess that is the color i need to for the top part of a guitar. i am going to make a guitar cake tomorrow , if please somebody can tell me how i get this color. i really appreciate it. faby

When I made a guitar cake that was "wood" color, I used brown with a tiny bit of yellow.

I used too much wilton's buttercup yellow one time and ended up with a mustard like color(which I wasn't aiming for.)

I would think to start with golden yellow and add brown a little at a time until you reach the desired color.

golden yellow icing and a light brown icing mixed together

oh thank you so much to all of you. i will try to get those color since i don't have the golden yellow or the buttercup yellow i just have the regular one. thank you for your help. i will try to post a picture of it at the end of the week.have a wonderful day. faby
