Ok I have an idea for stacked cakes and I was wondering if this would work

I was thinking that between the layers you cluld use small glass votive cups on candle stickes to seperate the layers. Kind of like the wilton big pearl balls. Would this work?

I also thought an old style fish bowl with pearls or marbles inside?

Maybe a fish even? Is this relly wierd or is it doable?

I've seen it done with a fish bowl and fish...I suppose anything can be used providng you have enough support in the cake below.

I have done 2 cakes with a fishbowl as separator - filled the bowl with flowers instead of fish.
