Best Way To Color Large Batch Of Mmf?

how do you prefer to mix a big batch of the same color..putting the gel in the melted mallows, or kneading it in after the sugar?

Listen to these ladies! I wish I'd done it that way the first time I made MMF, but I added the color after everything was mixed. Let me tell you, I work out, but my hands and forearms were bad sore the next day!
