Hey all,

I couldn't find an "intro" thread, so I figured I'd introduce myself here. I'm old to forums/decorating, but I'm new here. I can't believe it took me this long to find yall!

Before I dive in...are there any ongoing forum dynamics I shoud be aware of? Thanks.

Welcome to CC! I'm sure you know Cake Decorating is addicting... well this site is even more addicting. It was being updated the last two days and I am sure you will see post in different forums about how much we all missed it! Click on the Warning in the upper left hand corner under the slice of cake if you haven't already. It says it all!

Here is a link to a topic in the General Forums. It is Acronyms you'll see alot on this site. Read through all the pages as more have been added also beyond the first post.

Thanks SpottyDog and Miss T. Man this forum is so friendly! I just quit a very well known forum (rhymes with somethingTV-B-O, lol) because of all the danged fighting.

Hi Everyone...
I am learing now how to post and reply and getting to know some of you. I joined CC on July 2nd. It's been wonderful looking EVERYDAY!! I even have my kids looking over my shoulder.

I am from Tucson,Az where it HOT!!! I am in the Medical field and have been for 22 yrs. I love it!! I have been married 21 yrs have two wonderful children 14 & 20.

I LOVE baking, decorating cakes (my passion), love the game of baseball, softball, reading, going out dancing with my husband, and being with family.

Thank you to all for the warm welcome and great inspiration on the posting of my cakes. icon_smile.gif
