I was hoping someone would have some advice for me. I made the Oreo truffles on the kraftfoods.com website. I have made them before too but I always seem to have a problem with coating the balls in the chocolate. Does anyone have any suggestions? I have tried useing two forks but it doesn't work.

I have to make them again for next weekend so any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks!

I use dipping tools like these: http://www.countrykitchensa.com/catalog/product.aspx?T=2&productId=619455

They really help.

If your chocolate is too thick, you can make it thinner by adding some paramount crystals or a little vegetable shortening.

I make those too, they are so yummy! I use toothpicks for dipping them in the chocolate. It works well for me=) Jen

But how do you get the chocolate thin enough? I feel like no matter how much I heat it, its still thick. Do you add oil to the chocolate? I have read some places that people do that.
