Making A Baby Cake Ideas Please

I know a girl that has endometriosis and has been on drug induce menopause 4x and she's on her last bout now. She and her SO (significant other) are going to start to try and have a baby since she's in her early 30's and well time isn't on her side. ANYWAY, I wanted to make a making a baby cake. I have a couple of weeks to think about it since her last shot lasts 4 weeks, BUT I'm a planner I can't help it....
SOOO do ya'll have any ideas - I want it to be fun it can insinuate but not be dirty - make sense?
Any way have FUN w/ the ideas and THANK YOU in advance for any and ALL help!

Let me see if I understand. This is not a baby shower cake, just a cake to celebrate them "trying"? How about a bed with two people under a blanket? Incenuating...but not dirty?

well, now....if that isn't an intersting challenge:

> sperm holding book from the "Dummy" series: "Swimming Lessons"

> egg holding book/cosmo mag: "Meeting the right guy"

> Baby Math: 1 + 1 = 3 (as in baby makes three)

> whole lot of question marks and baby items (diaper pins, bottles, etc) ..."Blue or Pink?" (on white cake w/ yellow borders, words in their colors)

> looks like a book -- cover: "1002 Baby Names"

> sign on door: "Tonight -- No Headache!" or "Do not Disturb -- Baby in Progress"

> tummy cake: "Baby Construction Zone"
