I was looking at the Charm City Cakes page and noticed that one of their flavors is something called "buerre noisette". I've never heard of that. I did some looking around on the internet and can't find any info on it. Does anyone know what that is? I'm really intrigued by what flavor that is!

Beurre noisette is just plain butter that has been melted and let over medium heat until it turns brownish.
The term noisette refers to the nutty taste and smell that the butter acquires.

I would think that their reference to "beurre noisette" might be one of two things:
1. Nutella which would be the hazelnut and cocoa spread we know
2. Beurre de noisettes which is like peanut butter except made with hazelnut (like there is almond butter, etc.)
