I volunteered to make something to donate to a fundraiser this Saturday and don't know what to make. I was going to try icing some cookies but I don't think I'll have the time now and it has to be something that I can wrap individually and that can withstand heat and humidity. Any thoughts??

What about making cake balls but call them truffles because they sound a lot nicer.

I don't think the powdered sugar or chocolate would hold up in the heat.

How about pinwheel cookies? Nothing to melt, you can bag them individually, and they look special. Unfortunately, everything I love has chocolate as a major ingredient!
