I love the durable cake for 3D and wedding cake recipe here at CC. I just have one teensy little question. (I've searched page after page and didn't find an answer...sorry) I had to make an emergency run to the grocery for extra mixes/puddings (last minute change in size) but forgot to pick up the extra sour cream. How horrid would my cake turn out if I used only 1/2 c sour cream per mix instead of 1 whole cup? I don't think it would make much of a difference, would it? I'm not too keen on dragging five kids back to the store for 1 container of sour cream if it can be at all avoided. LOL

Anybody? icon_smile.gif

Not sure if it's too late or not, but plain yogurt can be sub'd for sour cream if you have it.
