I have a question for those that have posted they use freezer paper to wrap their cake boards....

ok dumb question.... icon_biggrin.gif

which side does the cake go on? the shiny side or the dull paper side....I have a pretty good idea...but just want to be sure! icon_lol.gificon_confused.gif

I use a single layer, shiny side up. That side is water resistant
