I have a question for those that have posted they use freezer paper to wrap their cake boards....
ok dumb question.... ![]()
which side does the cake go on? the shiny side or the dull paper side....I have a pretty good idea...but just want to be sure! ![]()

also do you double wrap it...or just one sheet is sufficent?
