I have a question for those that have posted they use freezer paper to wrap their cake boards....
ok dumb question.... 
which side does the cake go on? the shiny side or the dull paper side....I have a pretty good idea...but just want to be sure! 
also do you double wrap it...or just one sheet is sufficent?
