I have a couple of business open houses that I'll be making cookies for at the end of the month. I would like to use up some ingredients in my cupboard that are close to their printed dates. Here are some of the ingredients that I would like to use:

milk chocolate & caramel swirled chips
milk chocolate & peanut butter swirled chips
preserves (apricot, strawberry, and seedless blackberry)
sweetened condensed milk
oats (quick and old fashion)
peanut butter
sweetened coconut
miniature marshmallows

If anyone has any suggestions or recipes that can use some of the ingredients, I would appreciate it.

Check out Rachal Ray's 5 minute fudge. Foodnetwork

It uses many of the ingredients on your list. You can improvise with lots of variations.

If you go to Allrecipes.com, and go their advanced recipe search,
you can look for recipes that contain the ingredients you have on hand.

It'll ask you Ingredients Wanted, and optionally, Ingredients Not Wanted.

I use it sometimes to come up with recipes when I don't know what to do with the staples I have in the cabinet.

I've got a recipe for 7 layer bars that are out of this world and use about 5 of the ingredients you listed. I'll dig it out from where ever it's hiding and PM you. Thumb print cookies for the jams are a nice idea. Peanut butter cookies, oatmeal raisin, rocky road cookies, all kinds of fudge! Yummy!

As karensjustdessert and JoannB suggested, allrecipes.com and rachael ray are great sites to find recipes.

I came across this site once upon a time and have found some good recipes when I was in the mood to bake but didn't have one or two ingredients needed for my tried and true recipes. You just type in the ingredients you have and it will find you recipes. HTH. Jodie
