I want to make Browen Weber's cake for fun and a challenge next week. I absolutely love this cake.

My question is:
What size should the tiers be? (Doesn't need to feed a particular number of people, it's going to be given away)
Should they be 3 layers to have enough space to carve the top (green) and the sides (brown)?
