This is a website from a lady in my hometown. I came across it by sheer luck. It has fantastic recipes, step by step directions on making dough, rolling out, cutting out, baking, frosting, decorating, bagging, etc. All with pictures! You simply must take a minute and check this out. They even have printable templates for cookie boxes and tags!

Thank you for sharing the site. BTW, I love the Springs! We are planning a move next year to the area. It's just the most beautiful place and the fishing...better than chocolate fudge bcf!
Nice site...that chick on the main page is from a stock photo. The only reason I recognize her is because we used a photo of her from a local spa.
That chick's going to be famous: first, a spa ad. Then an ad on Myspace. Now, a cookie site. People who don't know that are going to be like, "Man...this chick does it all!" Hehe...
Oh! I just realized you're from Idaho Falls! I go there every summer. Could you reference me to any good bakery supply shops in the area? I need to get dragees next time I'm there, since they are illegal in CA.
Thanks so much for sharing!! Love the tutorials and can't wait to go back and keep checking the site out, but I wanted to thank you, before I forget, for taking time in sharing this info!!
Wow! I've had Karen's old website bookmarked for years! I had no idea she was doing this! Thanks so much for the link!
Great site!
Did you see the printable cookie boxes? They're wonderful!
Thanks for sharing!
OMG....this is the same Karen that inspired me back in the 90's to start my cookie business....only then, her site looked MUCH different! She stopped updating it a few years ago to spend more time w/ her children, etc. I'm SO glad she's back and better than ever! I'm a little disappointed she doesn't have all of her cookie designs posted....there used to be tons of them, even some her sister did with a patriotic theme.....maybe she's still updating them! AND, she does cakes too! There used to be a link to "Karen's Cakes" which had lots of creative cakes and wedding cakes posted....I might have missed those!
Thanks for posting her site! I'm so glad she's back! I can honestly say she was my first inspiration!
